HOTEL INFORMATION

A special rate is being extended to IFCEE exhibitors and attendees of $234.00 +tax for single/double occupancy. These rates will be available from May 5 – May 18.

Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to make your reservations early, as there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate! Hospitality Suites are available. Please contact Emily Matthews for rates and availability (ematthews@adsc-iafd.com)

RESERVATIONS

1) Call (214) 651-1234 and advise the hotel that you are attending IFCEE 2021 before April 19, 2021. Any reservation received after that date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.

2) https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/DFWRD/G-FNDR Hyatt Regency Dallas will not hold reservations unless they are secured by a major credit card or by check.

Check-in: 4:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Hyatt Regency Dallas offers guests the ability to cancel their individual reservations without penalty. Guests must call by 3:00pm CST; 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date to cancel the reservation to avoid being charged one night room and tax. Any reservation that is not canceled and does not arrive will be charged one night room and tax to the guaranteed method of payment on the reservation.
